Connie Carter recently sold our house. We had sold houses before so I was acquainted with the service a listing agent does. Connie went far beyond what I expected her to do.
The house was professionally staged and looked wonderful. We had already relocated four hours away. Unfortunately, the day the house went on the market, they discovered a pipe had burst and water had damaged the house. Connie worked with the restoration company and gave me daily updates on the progress as new drywall, carpeting, oak floors and baseboards were installed. Connie was great! I am the type of person who knows what she does & doesn't like. Connie was very patient with me. She always had 2-3 recommendations when I asked, but never pushed anyone particular lawyer or inspector. My contract with the seller was more complicated than it should have been due to a relocation company being involved and the seller trying to alter the contract with whiteout.
